Take Risks

In building trust, members of an organization expect a level of transparency and openness.  Environments will change and uncertainty can sometimes undermine those levels of trust.  For your initial post, research an example of a leadership decision that was designed to demonstrate risk taking to challenge the process but ended up leading to less than optimal circumstances.  Be sure to include a citation to the source material you used to support your example.
